There are two main ways we can work with you: Dedicated Staffing and Retainers. Dedicated Staffing helps you scale your business with a team solely focused on you. Consider them an extension of your in-house team. We’ve had clients enjoy success with their dedicated teams for years. For short- to mid-term projects, our Retainer option is ideal. We are also happy to discuss any one-offs or per project needs.

Where are you located?

Our state-of-the-art studio is located in Cebu, Philippines. By housing our entire team under one roof, we ensure efficient communication and faster turnaround times for all your projects. In addition, our Utah-based founder and CEO drives our operations and fosters strong US client relationships.

How can we meet if we have a considerable time zone difference?

While we work in PHT, we tailor overlapping hours to accommodate your schedule. We have a significant overlap of 2-3 hours daily.

Monthly Retainer

How does a monthly retainer work?

Our monthly retainer provides you with a bank of 100 hours that can be used on any of our services to meet your specific needs:

  • AR, VR, 3D, Web XR, Gaming

Can I use all my retainer hours for all creative services?

Yes, absolutely! You may use your 100 retainer hours across all of our creative services. If you require more than 100 hours, we're happy to provide extra hours billed at the respective rates per service.

What are the inclusions in a retainer?

Our monthly retainer provides 100 hours of service per month, along with the added value of a dedicated team including an Engagement Manager, Creative Director, Subject Matter Expert, and QA Specialist at no additional charge. Your Engagement Manager will serve as your primary point of contact, offering personalized support and weekly reports on hour usage.

What is the minimum term?

Our standard contract term is six (6) months, but we also understand that flexibility is important. Consult our team to discuss your specific needs and potential options.

How am I billed?

Invoices will be issued at the end of each month. All invoices are payable within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

What happens if I don’t use all my hours in one month?

While the expectation is that all hours are used within the month they are purchased, 50% of unused hours from any given month will be rolled over to the next month. Unused hours at the very end of the term will be forfeited.

Can I cancel any time?

You can cancel your retainer with a 15-day notice before the end of your third month. If you wish to discontinue the service after six consecutive months, a 30-day written notice is required. Please refer to your contract for specific terms.

Dedicated Staffing

How does Dedicated Staffing work?

We can build your dedicated team in 3 steps: define your needs, let our experts find top talent for you (with your input if you like), and onboard your new hires.

Do you have a trial period?

Yes, we offer a 60-day proof of concept period to help you experience our services firsthand.

What happens after the trial period?

After the trial period, you have the option to sign up for an additional 10 months to complete a full year contract.

What is your turnaround time in finding candidates?

Two to four weeks. By the end of that period, we will provide you with shortlisted candidates.

Can I replace a resource?

Resource replacement is flexible during the trial period. After signing a one-year contract, a 90-day notice is required to allow us sufficient time to find a suitable replacement.

What are the terms to end the contract?

To end your contract, please provide a 90-day notice period.

What happens if I grow up to 10 full-time staff and then lose a client or business slows down?

We understand that business conditions can change unexpectedly. You can end the contract by following our termination notice policy.

Does your team speak English?

Yes. English is an official language in the Philippines and the primary medium of instruction in Philippine colleges and universities.
