Serve as a primary point of contact for clients/internal teams on social media-related initiatives, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely updates.
Collaborate with clients to understand brand goals, target audiences, and campaign objectives, and translate these into effective social media strategies.
Plan, review, and oversee content creation to ensure posts align with brand voice, visual guidelines, and approved messaging.
Coordinate content scheduling and publishing across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to agreed timelines.
Track and analyze social media performance and summarize results in clear, client-friendly reports.
Provide regular insights and recommendations based on performance data to improve reach, engagement, and overall effectiveness.
Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices, and proactively advise clients on relevant opportunities or adjustments.
Qualifications:
With 3–5 years of experience in content creation and curation
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter, with an understanding of algorithms, best practices, and features.
Expertise in social media analytics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite to track KPIs and refine strategies based on data insights.
Trend-spotting ability with a keen sense for emerging trends and platform updates, and adaptability to quickly implement changes to social media strategies.
Preferably can handle multiple clients.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a client-facing role
Amenable to work onsite (CEBU CITY) from Monday to Friday
