Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Production Artist with 4–7 years of experience in graphic design and print production. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prepare high-quality design assets for mass production. This role involves creating product designs and layouts, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Create designs and layouts for various products
- Prepare and optimize design assets for mass production
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all design outputs
- Manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and successful project delivery
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of experience in graphic design and print production
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong creative, design, and layout skills
- Excellent attention to detail and resourcefulness
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Working knowledge of English
- Amenable to work Thursday - Saturday, 6:00AM-3:00PM (WFH)
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with or interest in the journaling community
- Experience using macOS
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and workflows
