Qualifications:
An experienced digital designer with a portfolio of work from roles at a digital agency or as a seasoned freelancer
Design-driven, but employ a strategy-led approach to executing visual concepts
Well versed in graphic design, motion graphics, and/or video editing
Able to communicate and back up design decisions in a client setting
Experienced designing paid ads for FB, IG, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Very familiar with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere for editors, and other industry-standard motion graphics applications.
Able to multitask, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests
A self-starter, proactive, strong communicator (both internal & external)
Skilled at and thrive working 100% remotely
Ready to work during US business hours (conference calls, Slack, etc.)
Amenable to work 3:00 am – 12:00 nn; Tuesday to Saturday
